7 minutes by car from the most charming town on the Costa Blanca, CALPE.
In the urbanization you will find 2 swimming pools, many green areas and places to walk where you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the sea.

Warm welcome to this  house of two floors and a solarium with stunning views. On the ground floor you find a fully equipped kitchen, patio and living room with access to the terrace with outdoor furniture and a toilet. 

 The first floor offers 3 bedrooms with double beds in each one and the two bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower)
The urbanization has beautiful green areas and a swimming pool.
The house is fully prepared so that you can enjoy your vacation peacefully without any worries: AACC throughout the house, a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, parking, bed linen and towels.
At about 500 meters there is a rocky beach and at about 800 meters a small sandy beach. Calpe beach can also be reached by car in less than 10 minutes.
In the area there are several restaurants and bars, tennis courts and diving school. It safe to say that you will have a great time here!
Calpe and surroundings:
Calpe, which is about 3 km away, is a great place to spend your holidays. Its pleasant climate,  sandy beaches, narrow streets of the old town and a variety of restaurants and bars with exquisite Mediterranean cuisine, have led many to choose this beautiful city as their favorite vacation spot.
Peñón de Ifach Natural Park is one of the places that attract a lot of interest from tourists. You can climb up to the rock by walking along a wide forest track and enjoy impressive views. The route to the top of the rock has two levels of difficulty. The first level up to the tunnel is suitable for everyone and after the tunnel a slightly more complicated section begins and you have to wear the most adapted footwear. But whatever is your level, we assure you that it is an essential place to visit.
Near the port is another place of interest. "Baths of the Queen". Among the rocks you can see small square-shaped pools with inlet channels for seawater. One of the theories, that these pools are from Roman times and that they were sea water baths for the queen's relaxation. And very close are the remains of Roman buildings. But they are not open to the public.

Benidorm is about 30 minutes by car.
