A beautiful and cozy two-bedroom apartment is located at the entrance to the village of La Mata, a place that offers all amenities and services. You don't need a car, as just a few meters away you'll find a multitude of bars and restaurants for all tastes, supermarkets, and the beautiful sandy beach. For the little ones, in the summer, La Mata Square, 250 meters from the apartment, has several attractions for children. Various activities or concerts may also be held in the evenings. Fun for the whole family is guaranteed.
The apartment has one bedroom with a 150 cm double bed and the other with two single beds.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed if needed.

You can take a bus to Torrevieja's city center, the Habaneras shopping center, with its many trendy shops, or to Aquopolis Torrevieja (bus stop 3 minutes away, travel time 10 minutes, buses depart every 15 minutes). You can also drive, about 4-5 minutes, to the Torrevieja Lagoons Natural Park and La Mata.
Within walking distance there is a natural park of Molino del Agua
